Shipping estimates should be listed on each of the product pages.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged product, you will need to document specific damages to the product on the delivery receipt. Notify us via phone or Contact Us with the details of the damage so that we can return or exchange your merchandise. We’ll review and approve the claim within 10 business days. If the claim is approved, we’ll send you free replacement parts for the damaged goods at no additional cost to you.
Refused Delivery
Do not refuse delivery for products that are not damaged. If at the time of delivery product itself appears to be significantly damaged the order may be refused. Customers are responsible for all costs driven by a refused delivery for product not damaged including return shipping and restocking fees.
VELOWAVE Shippng Method:
We provide shipping via FedEx Ground delivery. We offer free delivery for all electric bikes. However, there will be a delivery fee for accessories. Shipping for bikes may vary depending on the shipping address. Orders will be shipped within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and may take anywhere from 3-7 business days for delivery, depending on FedEx.
Ebikes: Free shipping to the lower 48 states excluding New York City
Accessories: Free shipping over $120

Free shipping to lower 48 states. (Excludes: Alaska/Hawaii,Puerto Rico, US Protectorates, APO/FPO, PO Box)
Orders normally ship withing 2-3 days. During spring and summer (busy time) it may take an additional 2 days to ship. We ship via UPS Ground which can take 5-10 business days depending on the shipping address.

How quickly are poly furniture items shipped?
In-stock items are ready to ship within 1-5 business days, unless otherwise specified. Items not noted as in-stock require manufacturing time, which should not exceed two weeks. How will my order be shipped?
We ship USPS, UPS, FedEx Ground, and Common Carrier curbside. Here are a few important things to know when ordering outdoor poly furniture:
- Always provide a physical house or business address
- Be certain to include a daytime phone number - common carrier shippers will call to schedule a delivery time appointment
- UPS or FedEx shipments may arrive separately when multiple items are shipped
What is typical shipping time?
Ground Transit typically takes anywhere from 1-5 business days depending on your location.
Do I need to be home to sign for my delivery?
You need not be present for UPS or FedEx Ground shipments. Large shipments which will travel by common carrier typically require someone to be available to sign for and accept the curbside delivery. Special arrangements can be made with the freight carrier after shipment to meet your specific needs.

Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping is FREE for Lower 48 States in the US. (Excludes: Alaska/Hawaii,Puerto Rico, US Protectorates, APO/FPO, PO Box)
Estimated delivery time ranges from 2-4 weeks.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
P.O. Box shipments are not eligible for delivery options.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
