Limited 1-Year Warranty
At Aventura-X, we stand behind the quality of our scooters. All Aventura-X Electric Mopeds are covered under a 1-year limited manufacturer’s warranty from the date of original purchase.
What’s Covered
We warrant that the following components will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use for 12 months from the invoice date:
- Chassis / frame
- Electric motor
- Lithium battery
If a defect arises, Aventura-X will, at its discretion:
- Repair the product at no cost, or
- Replace the defective component with a new or refurbished one of equal value
Shipping and handling for valid warranty repairs will be covered by Aventura-X.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Commercial, rental, or competition use
- Improper or lack of maintenance
- Damage due to misuse, abuse, accidents, or water exposure
- Cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, dents, fading)
- Damage during customer assembly or service
- Previously used or display units
- Any dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse
Other Warranty Terms
- This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- Proof of purchase is required (invoice showing date, model, and serial number).
- All claims must be filed through the original retailer of the product, who will contact us for service.
- Warranty service will not be provided directly to consumers without retailer involvement.
Legal Disclaimer
This warranty is provided in lieu of any other warranties, express or implied. Aventura-X disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Some states or jurisdictions may not allow limitations on how long implied warranties last or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages. In such cases, these limitations may not apply to you.

Electric Scooter Returns
- You may return any unused Aventura-X Electric Scooter within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
- A scooter is considered unused if it has not been ridden and shows no signs of operational use.
- Used scooters returned in working condition are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Refunds are issued after the scooter is received, inspected, and confirmed eligible for return.
Defective or Non-Operational Scooters
- If your scooter arrives with a functional defect (e.g., battery, motor, or electronic issue), we will cover all return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund.
- Cosmetic blemishes that do not impact performance (e.g., minor scuffs) do not qualify as defects.
Parts & Accessories Returns
- All parts and accessories are eligible for return within 48 hours of delivery.
- A 25% restocking fee applies to all parts returns.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
- Electronic components (e.g., batteries, controllers, displays) must not have been connected or powered.
- Used or installed parts are not eligible for return under any circumstance.
- All returns must be authorized in advance and received in resellable condition.
Return Instructions
- All returns must be pre-authorized by emailing sales@redchairtime.com.
- Scooters must be shipped in original packaging with all accessories.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping on non-defective scooters and must insure the return for its full value.
- Aventura-X is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments unless the scooter was defective upon delivery.
Shipping Fees
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or arrives damaged in transit.
Non-Returnable Items
- Scooters that have been used and are no longer in working condition
- Accessories, additions, and replacement parts
- Registration-related documents and services (non-refundable after 24 hours of submission)
Pre-Orders & Backorders
- Payment is collected at the time of order placement.
- To cancel a pre-order or backorder, contact us within 24 hours of order confirmation for a full refund.
- Cancellations requested after 24 hours are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Orders may ship before tracking is issued. If cancellation is needed, we will attempt to recall the shipment or help coordinate a return.

Release of Liability Agreement
This Release of Liability ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the purchaser ("Customer") and Red Chair Time LLC, including its owners, employees, affiliates, and vendors (collectively referred to as "Red Chair Time"), regarding any and all products sold on ("Website").
By purchasing and/or using any product sold on the Website, the Customer agrees to the following terms:
Acknowledgment of Risk: The Customer acknowledges and understands that the use of products purchased through Red Chair Time involves inherent risks, including but not limited to potential injury, property damage, or financial loss. The Customer agrees to assume all risks associated with the use of these products. Red Chair Time is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss that may result from the use, misuse, or inability to use our products.
Proper Use and Safety: Our products are intended for their specified purpose only. It is the user's responsibility to follow all provided instructions, guidelines, and warnings on the product packaging and on this website. Misuse of our products, including but not limited to, improper assembly, maintenance, or operation, may result in injury or damage, and Red Chair Time assumes no liability for such occurrences.
Release and Waiver: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Customer releases, waives, and discharges Red Chair Time from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or losses, whether known or unknown, arising from or related to the purchase or use of products sold on the Website.
Indemnification: The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Red Chair Time from any claims, actions, or demands brought by third parties arising from the use or misuse of products purchased on the Website.
No Warranty: Red Chair Time makes no express or implied warranties regarding the fitness, quality, or safety of the products sold on the Website, except as expressly stated in the product description or by applicable law. The Customer acknowledges that products are new and sold "as is."
Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall Red Chair Time be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of its products.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Red Chair Time is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable jurisdiction.
Your Agreement: Your purchase of products from Red Chair Time constitutes your agreement to these terms and your full release of Red Chair Time, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability for any injuries or damages related to the use of our products.
