Powerful Grilling for Big Backyard Parties
The Cal Flame Convection 40-inch grill is made from thick 304 stainless steel, so it is super strong and built to last outside. It uses a special convection fan to blow hot air around the food, helping it cook faster and more even than a normal grill. The burners give you 95,000 BTUs, so you can cook at really high heat or slow things down for juicy BBQ. The cooking area is huge at 1,000 square inches, letting you make food for a big group of friends.
The V-shaped grates help keep food from slipping through and make pretty grill marks on your burgers and steaks. This grill also has a rotisserie burner with 15,000 BTUs, so you can make crispy chickens easily. The lights built into the grill help you see at night, and the heavy-duty knobs are simple to turn and light with the push-start ignition. If you want to smoke your meat or get a hotter sear, you can swap any burner for a Smoke Tray or Sear Zone too. Plus, a full-size drip tray under the grill makes cleanup quick after a fun cookout.
The grill comes with awesome extras: a stainless-steel griddle to cook breakfast food, a smoker box for adding great BBQ flavors, a weatherproof cover to keep it nice, and a big rotisserie kit for roasting big cuts of meat.
