When she lost her battle with cancer in 2023, I started Red Chair Time to honor her and help others still fighting. Those chairs symbolized comfort, connection, and peace—and now, every piece we sell carries that spirit forward.

Harvia Linear 22 Protective Sheath (side & Rear)

The Harvia WL575 protective sheath is designed and approved for wood-heated Harvia stoves (Harvia 22/Linear 22).

The protective sheath considerably reduces the safety distance to combustible materials – in practice, this makes the stove fit in a smaller space. The protective sheath is attached to the stove and conforms to the shape of the stove, making the combination sleek. As the Harvia protective sheaths are stove model-specific, no compromises have been made in terms of design or performance.

The protective sheath is available both as a full version and as a one-sided sheath, which can be installed on either side of the stove. The protective sheaths are made of steel sheet that is painted black.

If you also need to protect your floor, the black WL100 protective bedding matches the style.

Return Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we're here to make the process as smooth as possible. Please take a moment to review our cancellation and return policies below. These are designed to ensure clarity and fairness for everyone involved.

TO CANCEL OR MODIFY AN ORDER:

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please email us at sales@redchairtime.com  to request a return authorization. Our team is here to assist and guide you through the process.

CANCELLATION WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PURCHASE:

Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund. However, for transactions over $2,500, we kindly ask for your understanding that a 3% credit card processing fee will be deducted from the refund. This fee is charged by payment processors and is unfortunately non-refundable to us. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days, and we’ll ensure everything is handled as quickly and efficiently as possible.

CANCELLATION AFTER 24 HOURS OF PURCHASE:

Because our products are custom-crafted upon request, cancellations made after 24 hours will incur a restocking fee. Each brand sets its own policies, and in most cases, the fee is 35% of the total purchase price (including applicable taxes). This fee covers costs charged to us by the manufacturers. Refunds, minus the applicable restocking fee, will be processed within 10 business days.

For transactions exceeding $2,500, a 3% credit card processing fee and 15% restocking fee will also be deducted from the refund. We deeply regret any inconvenience this may cause and are committed to being transparent about the fees we incur as part of your order.

Please note that custom-made saunas or products crafted specifically to order are non-returnable. If you’re unsure about your purchase or circumstances change, we encourage you to reach out. We’re happy to discuss options and, where possible, assist in finding a new home for your sauna.

RETURN POLICY FOR UNUSED PRODUCTS:

Unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund once the item is received and inspected. To ensure the safe arrival of your return, please package the items securely, as we cannot refund items damaged during transit due to improper packaging.

**Important Note:** Products that have been used or installed cannot be returned. This is due to safety concerns and the inability of manufacturers to guarantee the warranty for another customer.

CANCELLATION AFTER SHIPMENT:

Unfortunately, orders canceled after shipment cannot be refunded. However, if you encounter any issues after your order has shipped, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to support you.

REFUND PROCESSING:

Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days of approval. For refunds approved more than 90 days after purchase, the refund will be issued via bank transfer, as credit card and PayPal options are unavailable for older transactions.
