New KFX-X series: New True Simmer Burners: Simmering tenderizes tough cuts, enhances flavors, and gradually thickens sauces and stews. Combining design, high performance, and safety. Resistant, intuitive, modern, and elegant, the 30 in. model provides amazing capacity for its size. Our new KFX3000X is a gorgeous focal point for your kitchen and allows a combination of burners, one with high BTUs for fast stir-frying, and one with super-low BTUs for simmering, to help you get that perfect flavor. One of the featured burners is a heavy-duty 21,000 BTU Rocket Power Burner that provides evenly distributed heat and plenty of power to use a home WOK or medium Paella Pan with professional results. The oven interior is covered with fine blue porcelain, and the heavy-duty stainless steel racks are adjustable and telescopic, creating ease of use and even easy to clean.
This high-powered model was designed to function with Kucht’s Ignition, using an auto-reignition system that ignites every time with ease, and automatically reignites any time a flame burns out. The range top’s continuous grates covers the 4 burners and allow you to move your kitchen utensils safely and with ease. You can slide the heaviest pots and pans on the rails without even having to lift them.
