The griddle features a premium 304 stainless steel cooking surface paired with a cast-iron and aluminum base plate system, ensuring consistent heat across the entire cooking area while eliminating hot spots.
Powered by three U-shaped stainless steel burners, the Commercial Series 105 delivers a total of 27,000 BTUs for powerful and precise cooking performance. New enhancements include a Texas Sea Glass Matte cooking surface finish, integrated grease disposal holes, a convenient push-button ignition system, and a removable dishwasher-safe grease tray for effortless cleanup.
Designed for both indoor and commercial use, the OML105C6 also incorporates three thermocouple-equipped safety valves that automatically shut off the gas supply if a flame is accidentally extinguished.
