Powered by three U-shaped stainless steel burners, the griddle delivers a combined 27,000 BTUs of cooking power for precise temperature control and efficient performance.
New enhancements include a Texas Sea Glass Matte cooking surface finish, integrated grease disposal holes, a convenient push-button ignition system, and a removable dishwasher-safe grease tray that makes cleanup quick and effortless.
Built with safety in mind, each burner is equipped with a dedicated safety valve and thermocouple system that automatically cuts off the gas supply if the flame is accidentally extinguished.
