Seaside Casual EnviroWood® Furniture 20 Year Residential and 5 Year Commercial Limited Warranty

Seaside Casual offers a limited warranty (for normal use) against the structural failure of Envirowood Furniture for up to 20 years for residential use and up to 5 years for commercial use (both warranties are from date of purchase). We
further warranty our furniture to be free from manufacturer defects in material and workmanship for up to 1 year from date of purchase. Seaside will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective furniture with the same or similar product
(if discontinued) at no charge. No cash refunds will be made. Shipping and handling is not covered by this warranty.

Envirowood, although extremely durable to the elements, may fade when exposed to direct sunlight and some elements may cause staining of the furniture surface. Fading and staining are excluded from this warranty.

This warranty applies to Envirowood Furniture manufactured after January 1, 1999 and applies to the original purchaser only.

Coastline Collection Limited 10 year residential & 5 Year Commercial Limited Warranty.
Seaside Casual offers a limited warranty (for normal use) against the structural failure of EnviroWood Furniture for up to 10 years for residential use and up to 5 years for commercial use (both warranties are from date of purchase) for Coastline Collection products.

We further warranty our furniture to be free from manufacturer defects in material and workmanship for up to 1 year from date of purchase. Seaside will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective furniture with the same or similar product (if discontinued) at no charge.

No cash refunds will be made. Shipping and handling is not covered by this warranty.

Resin Wicker 3 Year Limited Warranty

Seaside Casual warrants that under normal use and proper care, Resin Wicker products are designed to withstand
fading, weathering and aging for 3 (three) years from time of delivery. Color pigmentation can affect the color consistency of Resin Wicker products, so there may be slight color variations between production batches which does not fall under warranty consideration. This warranty does not cover the failure of products which in our opinion was caused by acts of God, accident, neglect, abuse or improper shipping or handling and is void if our care and
maintenance instructions were not properly followed.

Powder Coated Aluminum Frames 3 Year Limited Warranty

The finish on exposed Powder Coated Aluminum Frames is warranted against peeling, cracking or blistering for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase (proof of purchase required). Blistering and oxidation of finishes due to damage caused by scratches, dents, power washing and dings are not covered by this warranty.

This warranty does
not cover the failure of products which in our opinion were caused by acts of God, accident, neglect, abuse or
improper shipping or handling and is void if our care and maintenance instructions were not properly followed.
Stainless Steel Fasteners
Stainless steel fasteners are guaranteed not to fail structurally for a period of up to 20 years for residential use and 5 years for commercial use (from date of purchase).

Stainless steel may rust in certain extreme conditions if not maintained as outlined under the "Envirowood Care and Maintenance" section. Rusting hardware or structural failure due to rusting hardware is not covered by this warranty.

Cushions and Pillows 1 Year Limited Warranty

Cushions are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for 1 year for residential and commercial use.

Compression of cushions is not covered by this warranty. Although our cushions are water resistant they are not
water proof and will absorb water in certain conditions. We advise that you shelter cushions in rainy conditions to avoid extended drying times. This warranty does not cover the failure of products which, in our opinion was caused by acts of God, accident, neglect, abuse or improper shipping or handling and is void if our care and maintenance instructions were not properly followed.

Commercial Liners 1 Year Limited Warranty

Commercial liners are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for 1 year for residential and commercial use.

In no event shall Seaside Casual be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to damage to any plants which may have been planted in the product.

Care & Maintenance of Seaside Casual Furniture.
EnviroWood is made from an extremely high performance polymer that does not require sealing, painting or staining. It will not rot or splinter, and contains UV inhibitors that resist fading.

EnviroWood is not affected by most corrosive substances, and will not absorb moisture or promote bacterial growth.

To maintain EnviroWood furniture you must simply clean it regularly with soap and water (avoid pressure washing). The stainless steel fasteners used to assemble your furniture are virtually maintenance free under normal conditions.

Seaside uses only the highest quality stainless fasteners to assemble furniture; however in coastal areas hardware will require regular washing or rinsing with fresh water to avoid rusting.

Avoid using harsh chemicals on EnviroWood furniture. Stainless steel hardware will rust in high salinity environments if not properly maintained as described.

Return Requests

Given the furniture is custom-built, made-to-order, a 30% restocking fee and 5% chargeback fee applies for returns. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt. All returns must have an RMA number assigned by customer service on the outside of the box. The customer is responsible for all freight charges on unwanted items that are being returned. Any product returned to Seaside Casual without preauthorization will not be processed until sufficient information has been provided by the dealer. For products being returned for repair, an RMA number assigned by customer service is required as well. Products that are discontinued or have been assembled are not returnable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, items that are packaged properly and deemed resalable will be credited to your original payment method within a certain number of days, less 30% restocking and 5% chargeback fee.  For late or missing refunds, please contact us at sales@redchairtime.com
