This Kit contains all the chemicals required to set up and run your system safely.
1 x Chlorine Granules (500g), 1 x pH Reducer (500g), 1 x pH Increaser, 1 x No Foam (500g), 1 x Test Strips 3-in-1
PRODUCT DETAILS
WAVE Spa Chlorine Granules (500g)
Dose rate: Add 1.8g WAVE Chlorine Granules to 1 cubic metre of spa or pool water. This daily dose rate is offered as a general guide for private spas and pools. Heavily used spas and pools or those maintained at higher temperatures may require increased dosage. Test for actual requirements by using a poolside test kit - adjusting the dose rate as necessary to maintain a chlorine level of 1-3 ppm or mg/litre.
WAVE Spa pH Reducer (500g)
Dose rate: 10g of WAVE pH Reducer per cubic metre of water.
WAVE Spa pH Increaser
Dose rate: 10g of WAVE pH Increaser per cubic metre of water.
WAVE Spa No Foam (500g)
WAVE SPA No Foam has been specially designed for spa pools to control and prevent foaming. Handle in accordance with good industrial hygiene and safety practice.
Test Strips 3-in-1
Pool and Spa 3-in-1 Test Strips measure pH, Alkalinity and Free Chlorine.

WAVE Spa Chlorine Granules (500g) CONTAINS TROCLOSENE SODIUM, DIHYDRATE
Harmful if swallowed. Causes serious eye irritation. May cause respiratory irritation. Very toxic to aquatic life with long-lasting effects. Avoid breathing dust/ fume/ gas/ mist/ vapours/ spray. Wash skin thoroughly after handling. Avoid release to the environment. Wear eye protection/face protection. Contact with acids liberates toxic gas. IF INHALED: Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing. Call a POISON CENTER or doctor/physician if you feel unwell. If eye irritation persists: Get medical advice/ attention. Collect spillage. Contact with acids liberates toxic gas. Keep locked and out of reach of children.
WAVE Spa pH Reducer (500g) CONTAINS SODIUM HYDROGENSULPHATE
Causes serious eye damage. Wear protective gloves/ protective clothing/ eye protection/face protection. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Immediately call a POISON CENTER/doctor. Keep locked and out of reach of children/
WAVE Spa pH Increaser (500g) CONTAINS SODIUM CARBONATE
Causes serious eye irritation. Wash hands thoroughly after handling. Wear protective gloves/ protective clothing/eye protection/face protection. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists: Get medical advice/attention. Keep locked and out of reach of children.

For orders $99.99 and under, shipping is $19.99 via FedEx Express/UPS (3-5 Days)
Returns
Want to return your Wave order? Please contact us within 14 days before returning any orders as unapproved returns will be rejected. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and charge back fees if applicable. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
We're happy to accept returns if the item is faulty in any way.
Cancellations
We understand that circumstances may change, leading to the cancellation of your order. However, once your order has been placed, cancellation is not possible: all orders are processed swiftly through the Wave network to ensure customers receive their deliveries as quickly as possible.
If you choose to refuse delivery of your hot tub after it has been dispatched by our courier, please be aware that all additional delivery costs will be deducted from your refund.

Change of Mind
We can only accept the return of unwanted items within a certain time frame in the exact condition received, including the original packaging. Items will be assessed before your return is authorised, and one of our friendly agents will guide you through the return process.
We do not cover courier costs of unwanted items. Please always double-check the product description before you place your order.
Warranty
Warranty period for our hot tubs are as follows: 12 months for the heater unit/pump and 6 months for the spa liner.
Damage
In the unlikely event that your order or items within it are damaged, you may return the item(s) to us for a full refund. You must notify sales@redchairtime.com within 30 working days of receipt and provide pictures of damaged item.
Please note, as stated in distance selling regulations, we cannot accept returns of spas or spa accessories if you have opened the seal (with the exception of items that are faulty on arrival).
